  I was so excited to discover Swift & Finch yesterday, one of Rome's independent coffee shops, and so bummed to find out it was closed today (Sunday.) So heading out of town we had no other options but "good old" Starbucks which is hit and miss (depending on which location you visit no matter where you are in the world.)
  
  I am pleased to report this location was top notch for us! Riley at the register was so great, made us feel so welcome. Nothing felt rushed and no corners felt cut. The barista called out my name and then double-checked to make sure she had pronounced it correctly. My latte was beautifully made, a perfect blend of properly steamed foam and milk (not a given at Starbucks, unfortunately.) Husband was also pleased with the foam on his almond milk latte.
  
  If they could duplicate this experience at all the Starbucks locations I'd be a lot happier with Starbucks the company. For now, this location rocks!

  Driving to CA we stopped in for a quick pick me up.  The baristas were all so friendly with great smiles.  The drinks we ordered were made to perfection.   They also gave me a few points of interest as well before we hit the road.

  I love my Starbucks! Johnathan is the bomb!! They know my order by heart, and always do an amazing Job!

  When it comes to distinguishing itself from the 99,848,853,293,134 (and on and on) other Starbucks in the world, this place is getting it right. The location is always pristine, the drinks are always prepared exactly as you order them, and basically every staff member is just as friendly as can be. I know it's all trendy to snub your nose at Char-bucks (hey, they DO over roast!) but I can't help it, I'm a fan. I *like* their bourgeois bohemian business model. I can't help it, I'm their target demographic. When they have a new flavored drink or dessert, I actually get bouncy. You should have seen this girl when they introduced REAL FOOD.
  
  It's even a nice place to kick back and relax with a book, homework, or someone you want to chat up. Now that the weather is getting nicer and they're making the patio smoke free, I anticipate spending more time there!

  I have loved the Rome Starbucks. I go there often to do homework. They make sure that your order comes out quickly and correctly. They are very friendly and kind. Once I had trouble in the drive through. I asked for a peppermint tea and it took quite a while for us to get to the mint majesty tea, which I didn't know the name of. In the end I got what I wanted and it was delicious. Also once the cup was broken and leaked all in my car. These were just two small experiences out of many, many good ones. I highly recommend this Starbucks.
